I was worried about the weather in the morning of Amy & Josh's country wedding. With an outdoor ceremony planned and no blue skies in sight, I was afraid that Amy & Josh may be disappointed with their wedding photos. However, I was excited to arrive at the farm to see that the backup location was a beautiful barn, with skylights in the roof, letting in little pockets of beautiful natural light. At the start of formal photos, the rain picked up, so the wedding party and I took a trip into town to the mill where Josh works, for some photos among some industrial backdrops. The rain held off for a few photos on a country road and then some romantic newlywed portraits in the field. I was so relieved and returned with Amy & Josh to their reception in the beautifully lit barn for some good food, laughs and cries through speeches and a slideshow. Overall, the photos from Amy & Josh's wedding were some of my favourites that I took in 2018. Congratulations to Amy & Josh on such a beautiful wedding!
